The Internal Medicine clinic is where patients are reviewed and assessed over several visits and will manage your medical condition and ensure your medication and treatment is adequately controlling your symptoms, and make any changes as necessary prior to your return for ongoing care with their primary care giver.
Booking an Appointment
Once a referral is received from your primary care physician, you will be contacted with the date and time of your appointment. You will be seen by an internal medicine physician and your appointment will take approximately 30 minutes. You may require blood work or additional testing, which will make your appointment longer.
